Cream of Wheat Pudding with Fruit


1 cup cream of wheat
4 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp sugar
100 g/4 oz various fruit
2 eggs
2-3 tbsp butter

Cook cream of wheat porridge with milk. Add sugar, eggs, salt, butter to the cooked porridge, mix well and put it into a well-buttered ovenproof skillet. Smooth the top of the porridge, sprinkle with sugar and bake until caramelized crust forms.

Just before serving top pudding with freshly cooked or canned fruits and pour sweet fruit or berry sauce over the fruit.
