Fried Tripe with Buckwheat Porridge

Ingredients:

500 g/1 lb 2 oz tripe
1 onion
1 cup buckwheat groats
3 tbsp oil

Pass cleaned and boiled tripe through a meat grinder, season with salt and pepper, and fry in oil in a preheated skillet. Add to the skillet previously fried diced onion, cooked buckwheat, mix everything and fry together 3-5 minutes.
