Millet Milk Porridge


1 cup millet
4 cups milk
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Add thoroughly washed millet to boiling milk and cook on low heat 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Add sugar, salt, cover the pot and sweat porridge for 15-20 minutes.
