Oat Dumplings in Milk


2 cups oat flour
2 eggs
4 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt (for dough)

Put out flour into a pot, add 2 cups of cold water and mix well to avoid lumps. Add eggs and salt to the dough and mix to incorporate. Make dumpling from the dough and cook in boiling milk 8-10 minutes. Serve in the milk in which dumplings were cooked.
