Farina Zrazi with Meat


50 g farina
150 g milk
80 g meat
20 g butter
1/3 egg
10 g wheat flour

Boil milk with 5 g butter. Gradually add farina while quickly stirring with a spoon. Cook on low heat for another 10 minutes; then add raw egg, mix well and divide into 2-3 flat breads.
At the same time boil meat, pass it through a meat grinder twice, put meat on top of flat breads. Join the edges, coat in flour and fry.

This recipe is for patients with heart, kidney disease and high blood pressure.
