Fresh Apple and Plum Compote

Ingredients:

300 g/11 oz apples
200 g/8 oz plums
3/4 cup sugar

Add sugar and 2 cups of hot water into a pot and mix to dissolve, then add peeled, cored, and sliced apples, bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes, until apples become soft. Add washed and pitted plums to the boiling compote, return to boil and take off the heat.
