Rice and Eggs Stuffing for Pie


1 1/4 cups rice
3-4 eggs, hardboiled
2-3 tbsp butter or oil

Wash rice in a couple of changes of warm water, then cook in salted boiling water (10-12 cups). Drain cooked rice in a colander. Transfer rice into a mixing bowl, add finely chopped eggs, melted butter, dill, season with salt and mix well.
