Rice Balls in Red Wine


50 g/2 oz rice
40 g/ 1 1/2 oz red wine
10 g/ 2/5 oz sugar
1/2 tsp potato starch
200 g/8 oz water

Cook rice in 150 g (6 oz) of water, cool slightly, shape 10-12 balls, put into a bowl and add kissel made from red wine, potato starch, and remaining water.

This recipe is for patients with bowel disorders.
