Rub bladder of sheep or bull with salt, wash well, inflate, tie and hang out in the sun. Carefully, without rupturing the yolks, break 15-18 chicken eggs and fill the prepared bladder with them. Tie the opening of the bladder with a string and place into ice water for 1.5-2 hours. Pour 3-4 liters of water into a large pan, boil, place bladder and cook for 30-40 minutes (until it thickens). When done, take out from pan, cool, remove film. This dish is mostly made for special holidays and weddings.
