Hachapuri

Hachapuri can be baked with any dough: puff pastry, rich dough, yeast dough, bread dough, or unleavened dough, and can have any shape — round, square, open, closed. The best cheese to use in stuffing is fresh unsalted imereti cheese; however, hachapuri can also be made with and type of fresh cheese (feta or any other).
