- Sift corn flour into a bowl, add cold water and mix a dough (the dough should be wet). Dip your hands in water, shape the dough into a ball, put into a preheated skillet, flatten the ball, cover the skillet and bake on the stove. When one side mchadi is cooked -- flip it over and continue cooking without covering the skillet.
- Mchadi can be baked on a baking sheet in a preheated oven or a hearth.
- Serve hot.
