Sample Lunch Menu with Two Dishes and an Appetizer for Winter Season

Georgia has a great tradition of serving thoroughly cleaned and washed herbs with meals (lunch and dinner) during any season of the year. Depending on a season following herbs can be served — parsley, dill, cress, tarragon, basil, savory, scallions, and so on.
