500 g/1 lb 2 oz bratwurst
500 g/1 lb 2 oz potatoes
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk (for potato puree)
Put bratwurst into a pot with boiling water, bring water back to boil, and simmer 10-15 minutes until they are heated through. Serve bratwurst by itself, boiled of fried, or with garnish. To fry — cut brats lengthwise into 2 halves and fry on oil or butter. When serving — dress garnish with oil used to fry brats.
