Milk Soup with Pumpkin and Farina

350 g milk
100 g pumpkin
25 g farina
15 g sugar
10 g butter
100 g water

Peel pumpkin, cut into small slices and braise with water until ready, then rub through a sieve together with liquid. At the same time, boil milk and cook farina in it for 10 minutes. Combine with pumpkin and add sugar. Serve with butter.

Steamed Farina Souffle with Milk


50 g / 2 oz farina
100g / 4 oz milk
15 g / 0.5 oz butter
10 g / 0.4 oz sugar
1/2 egg
25 g / 1 oz water

Make porridge with water and milk and boil it for 10 minutes, then remove from heat. Add egg yolk, sugar, and 10 g / 0.4 oz butter and mix well. Then add whipped egg white, put into a greased mold and steam until ready.

Farina Pudding with Apples


5 tsp farina
3/4 cup milk
1/2 egg
4 tsp sugar
1 apple
2 tsp butter

Slowly pour farina into boiling milk. Add sugar, pinch of salt, and cook until ready. Once porridge is done, add butter, egg yolk and mix well. Whip the egg white and also mix it with cooled porridge.
Cut peeled apples and braise them with sugar on low heat. Grease mold, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put in a layer of farina, add a layer of apples and cover with another layer of farina. Pour over with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in oven.
