Boiled Meat with Apples Baked in Milk Sauce


150 g beef
10 g butter
75 g milk
5 g wheat flour
100 g apples

Boil lean meat and cut it into 4-5 thin slices, then prepare sauce from milk and flour (same method of preparation and thickness as kissel). Peel and core apples and thinly slice them. Grease a small skillet, put apple slices on the bottom, then put meat mixed with apples on top, pour over with sauce, sprinkle with melted butter and bake.
