Wash lamb rib roast, cut the films on lungs, put in a pot in whole piece, add salt, pro over with hot water and boil. When ready, remove the ribs, put meat on dripping pan, and cool under press, so that the rib roast is straightened. Serve fried potatoes or mashed potatoes as garnish.
Separately serve red cabbage and cucumbers.
